Meet Lana Brogan
Feel More Secure in Yourself and Connected in Your Relationships
Work with Lana if you’re ready to set clearer boundaries, better understand your emotions, and communicate your needs with greater confidence.
Feeling Overwhelmed in Your Closest Relationships?
You may care deeply about the people in your life but still feel alone, misunderstood, or unsure how to communicate what you need.
Maybe you have difficulty knowing where your responsibilities end and someone else’s begin. You want to support the people you love without losing yourself, losing control of your reactions, or carrying responsibility for everyone’s emotions.
I help clients better understand their emotions, needs, boundaries, and relationship patterns. Together, we’ll work on practical ways to communicate clearly, regulate difficult emotions, and create healthier connections with the people who matter most.
As a wife of more than 25 years and a mother of six, I understand that relationships can be meaningful and complicated. I also bring knowledge of marriage, parenting, attachment, child development, and postpartum challenges to this work.
For clients who want it, I can incorporate a Christian worldview into therapy. We can explore how your faith relates to your boundaries, relationships, values, and the life you want to build.
Therapy works best when you can be honest, consider new perspectives, and practice what you learn. I’ll offer support while also helping you recognize your role in the patterns you want to change.
The goal is not to control the people around you. It’s to feel more secure in yourself, communicate with greater confidence, and build relationships rooted in empathy, respect, and understanding.
You can care for others without abandoning yourself.
And it would be my privilege to help you learn how.
