Spring Nervous System Reboot:
Safe and Sound Protocol Group
What to Expect
A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a clinician-led, non-invasive listening intervention developed from polyvagal theory that uses filtered, modulated music to gently regulate the autonomic nervous system, improve physiological state, and increase resilience to stress; delivered in a structured series of sessions, it targets social engagement systems by calming the vagal pathways, often reducing hypervigilance, anxiety, and sensory sensitivities while enhancing emotional regulation and social connection.
❋ Intentional Structure
We blend psychoeducation, coping skills, and listening in a small group setting.
❋ Collaborative Energy
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Led by experienced licensed mental health professional who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ A Supportive Space
Our group space prioritizes comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
